What is the VemaFATS asset inventory service?
An on-site physical asset-check service that validates your data, cleans up the asset register, and produces an audit-ready inventory report.
Can VemaFATS handle simple inventory?
Which assets can be inventoried?
All types of assets: IT & electronics, furniture, operational equipment, facility/MEP assets, and industry-specific assets (hotel, factory, hospital, school, property).
Does the inventory have to halt operations?
Not necessarily. Our approach can be adapted to run in parallel with your operations (based on schedule and area).
What output do I receive once it’s done?
You’ll receive a final FAR (Fixed Asset Register), a discrepancy/findings list, a summary by location/division, and field documentation (scan logs/photos if needed).
Does it include labeling (QR/Barcode/RFID)?
Yes. Labeling is an optional add-on service based on your tracking and physical-audit needs.
If our starting data is still messy (many Excel versions), can we begin?
Yes. We start with data cleansing — standardizing names, categories, locations, and PICs, and removing duplicates before physical verification.
