1. Register
- Existing data is collected, reconciled, and validated, then uploaded to the system, while new assets are entered directly in the Register menu.
- Complete the related details: location, condition, user, item classification, category, photos, depreciation lifespan, and more.
- The data is saved in the system.
- The system generates a unique code for each asset item.
2. Manage
- Every asset-related activity is tracked and recorded.
- Changes to asset information are updated in the Transaction menu. Each transaction flow can follow a defined request–approval process.
- Once approved, the data updates and the system stores the transaction history.
3. Audit
- The admin creates and configures the physical-count job list in the system.
- The job list syncs to every related app; operators or readers run the scan.
- The system receives feedback from the QR Code, RFID, or BLE used, and the data syncs automatically.
4. Real Time Report
- Open the Report menu, choose the filters you want, and the system generates the data as needed.
- The system can send reports on a schedule. Users can preview the data or print it using their chosen filters.
